MVEBC is run by Sassy Pickard -Sassy is the Ohio coordinator for the American Federation of Aviculture and the Cockatiel Society. She has written youth programs for both organizations, and is the adoption coordinator & youth coordinator for the Cockatiel Foundation. She operates Frisky Ferrets, Fuzzies, & Feathered Friends Rescue & Sanctuary. Sassy is a Certified Avian Specialist through PIJAC, a AFA Certified Aviculturist, Level 1, .
